This. It can be a bit tedious to get breed Pichu's for Nasty Plot and getting the right one for Hidden Power Ice, but if you want to be able to use the Pokemon you actually like and stand a chance at beating the bullshit Smogunmon's that every Japanese guy online has on their team, it's what you have to do.
