How likely is it that Galvantula will be OU this gen? I feel like it's basically a given.

I don't understand why this thing is so common.
I use a Shuckle for sticky web, It can usually take a hit, and even if it's going to get ohko'd it's got sturdy so it'll still get sticky web up, and if it can take a few hit's then it can setup sticky web and do some other shit too.
Plus then I don't need to waste a focus sash just to get a web up.

Shuckle is taunt bait and has limited options to help the team. The best he can do is maybe Encore something, whereas Galvantula can actually poke really big holes with its accurate Thunder, in addition to not being taunt bait( outside of a few extremely fast taunts, several of which fall to Thunder.)
