I tried to make one with 252 Atk/252 Def running WoW,Leech Seed, Shadow Sneak, and Seed Bomb. I tried it out in super singles and it did not go well. Most people seem to be running stall/support sets for Gourgeist but I feel like that's a waste of it's offensive potential.

it has 99 base speed, so that will let you burn, sub, seed, sub, confuse, sub, etc
