>>16453363It isn't too different from normal Blastoise. Mega Launcher is a great ability though, and this gen it gets Aura Sphere and Dark Pulse both of which are boosted by it. I'm not sure if Scald is boosted by it, but if not you can also use Water Pulse which with Mega Launcher has the same power as Surf with the added 20% confusion chance. Of course you probably want to run Rapid Spin on him, and Dark Pulse is great against Ghosts so he is a decent rapid spinner.
