Same as most other threads. Pick something you think deserves a mega, share its new base stats, any type change, and ability. Also maybe give an explanation as to why you did what you did. Critique others too, I guess.

Basically, slightly faster and a hell of a lot more powerful. Tough Claws boosts STAB Waterfall & Outrage (which it gets from Gen V move tutors).

Makes my favorite tortoise a bit more bulky with a decent attack stat. New ability because if Gardevoir and Pinsir get their own, Torterra can too. Lets its low speed actually be an advantage.

You'd lose levitate, the only reason for using Flygon over Garchomp, then you'd have no reason for wanting aerialate

If anything, Flygon would want Bug/Dragon more for STAB U-turn.
Then make its stats

So you can fully abuse

Attack is +79 points, defence is -44 points, special defence is -29 points and speed is +94 points

That evens out to a +100 point boost

The idea is that Kingler becomes plated in armor all over his body. His new giant metal claw has immense crushing power, and his steel exoskeleton is so thick that he's "bulletproof" (also coveniently makes him immune to things like Seed Bomb, Focus Blast, and Shadow Bomb). At the cost of generally improved bulk everywhere, the massive metal weight makes him a lot slower.

I also would give him Gyro Ball.

One of the few pokes Auto-Trick Room would actually make sense on without being OP as fuck. Typing makes sense thematically, only adds weaknesses to Ground and Steel which are both generally physical, and gives it +50% SpDef in and immunity to Sandstorm. It's already from the desert, really should've been Ghost/Rock or at least Ghost/Steel from the beginning.

I wasn't sure what to do with stats, but the changes I made seem like something GF would actually do.

There's another pokemon that fulfills those requirements and is actually in the Dragon Egg group and didn't get to be a Dragon type. And it's actually based on a legend of a dragon.

These moves aren't exclusive to Dragons. There are plenty of Pokémon with no connection to Dragons in name or design that get at least one of these moves. Getting both isn't the definition of a Dragon.
