I've bred 3 boxes full of Pichu, & I still haven't gotten a Lightning Rod one with an Ice type hidden power. They're all Bug & Ground & Poison & shit. Is there something I'm doing wrong?

To get HP Ice you must aim for a 31/Even IV/30/31/31/31 baby. The hardest part is the Attack IV obviously since it cuts in half your chances to get what you want, but it's entirely feasible (I did with a fucking ungendered pokémon).

Awesome, thanks. I don't know why, but I got it in my head that as of like, the 4th gen or something, HP's were completely randomly generated, & had nothing to do with IV's.

This, Ice is easy as shit. Fire is the fucking hard one since you need either 31/30/31/30/31/30 or 31/31/30/30/31/30. Getting this bad boy with HP Fire was a fucking nightmare.
