it'll take you maybe 30 minutes to get the exact penta you want considering you should have plenty of 4IV parent options

Instead of using Ditto use a male in Kangaskhan's egg group with better IVs.

So breed a 4-5IV larvitar from your TTar, not difficult. Don't be stubborn just because you weren't aware that you didn't have to use a shitty ditto.
