I'm not talking about the games. I'm talking about this: if you lived in the Pok?mon world, and you didn't have a professor to give you a REAL starter Pok?mon (fire/grass/water), what would you journey out to find to be your starter?

Seemingly, no one, NO ONE else in the Pok?mon world gets one of the "real" starters. This must mean they had to buy, or journey out and capture their own.

Personally, mine would be a Swinub. That niggas a total bro; cute as fuck, evolves into a monster, and is small enough for maximum shoulder riding potential.
