I've heard of people getting shit luck trying to go for this before. Recommend using berries such as Pomeg. Or if you have a Kee and Maranga berry you can blend them into juice that resets all EVs.

I've EV trained all of my guys now and had the same problem. Now I just save all the reset bags and delete anything else. I have ~4 waiting for me if I need them now

If you're into breeding I'd suggest tapping the screen whilst circling Lumiose tower every once in a while.

I always try to keep atleast 2 reset bags around that way, whenever I lose one I just get another one whilst breeding. Also, use team flare bags if you have them. They make the pokemon "Happy" for a looooong time so they get more bags.

What I do when I have shitty luck is I turn off my 3DS and turn it back on. Might jumble up whatever insane RNG seed GF has in this game. It worked before when I was having the shittiest luck finding a Riolu in Black 2
