Knowledge of IV's, EV's, tutor moves, what's good, what not to do, etc.

Pokerus is a "virus" that doubles the Evs earned by a Pokemon, so it's a good thing. Honestly, I think a pokemon gets it randomly, but you can ask for Pokerus infected pokemon here on /vp/, Pokemon with Pokerus have it written on their Info page
