It's not REALLY good but at least it's better than most shitt Pokémon such as all early birds, bugs and mammals except Talonflame (only because of its ability), Honchkrow and most starters.

I hate how it's head is blatantly a left hand. It's like, why the left one? And why a hand? Do his feet also have eyes? So many questions going unanswered.

well, the pokedex entry says:

When they evolve, two binacle multiply into seven

So technically the legs should have eyes as well.... not in the 3d model tho, or maybe the legs are already dead binacles... who knows
