Let's talk about this guy. How should I build it? I have a Quiet one with Clear Body and Relaxed one with Sturdy (both 31/x/31/31/31/x) though planning to build on the second one first. What EVs should I run on it aside from 252HP? I'm thinking of running it with Trick Room and Skill Swap so I'm not sure if I should put the remaining EVs in the defenses or in Special Attack so it can at least try to damage some enemies with lower Special Defense.
