The best scout Greninja set you can probably run is the following.

Greninja@Life Orb/Black Belt
Hasty 252Spa 252Spe 4Att
Hydro Pump
Ice Beam
HP Fire
U Turn

Physical is a shit gimmick in both Singles and Doubles. Also if you are really trying to do doubles then you need Rock Slide.

At level 50 the one less IV in speed does not not make a difference and it is rounded to the same speed as 31.
