BW was different though, it took me 30 hours to finish the main story and then I finished playing but it grew up on my, the characters were all enjoyable, the music was epic, the storyline was entertaining as fuck and the gym leaders actually did something good aside from give you the badge. Maybe Cheren and Bianca weren't the best rivals but it was good having them as actual friends who supported you on your journey even when you beat them instead of a
smell ya later faggot. I played it as a girl and ended up shipping N and Hilda.
BW2 took me 52 hours the main story and yet again enjoyable as fuck, the music is the best and there's tons of stuff to do.
I hope I get to enjoy XY as much as enjoyed BW when I get a 3ds to play it.
