Due to the constraints the physical laws of nature, we will never able to synthesize Pokemon into our world as we know them with special abilities and powers.

However, that doesn't mean we can't go ahead and try to create Pokemon strictly in appearance. For example, an Espeon without its psychic abilities or a Furfrou. Of course, this also means that some Pokemon can never exist, such as a majority of Ghost types or Pokemon representing inanimate objects because they don't share the same type of anatomy as the animals in our world do.
