Sup /vp/, So I'm planning to start doing a bit of 3vs3 ranked battles online (and doubles once pokebank comes out). I already got a full team I actually used a fairly good amount of times but... I feel like I'm missing something and I can't figure out what. All the slots I took seem ok to me though, any ideas who I could replace and what for ? Bonus for no Rotom-W or Talonflame, I don't really want to use them. - Gliscor @Toxic Orb (Impish, 208 HP, 252 Def, 52 Spe) EQ Toxik Substitute Protect - Azumarill @Assault Vest (Adamant, 252 HP 252 Atk, 6 Def) Waterfall Play Rough Superpower Aqua-jet - Greninja @Sash (Timid, 252 SpA, 252 Spe, 6HP) Surf Ice Beam Dark Pulse Grass Knot Dragonite @Lum Berry (Adamant, 252 Atk, 108 Spe, 150 HP) Dragon Dance Outrage EQ Fire Punch And the two mega slots : - Kangaskhan (Adamant, 252 Atk, 252 HP, 6 Def) Return Power-Up Punch EQ Sucker Punch - Charizard Y (Timid, 252 SpA, 252 Spe, 6HP) Flamethrower Solar Beam Dragon Pulse Air Slash

Seems like a decent team. As for what everyone else is saying, here's how to fix that. Don't look at Smogon sets. Look at the moves that the pokemon learns and consider each one and how it would work for your team. Being unpredictable is one of the biggest advantages a team can have. If you use some move that the person you're battling hasn't dealt with a hundred times, you might just win.

Since there's a team rating thread here. Could anyone give me tips on what to improve on my B/W2 team and maybe a good baton passer for a 6th pokemon? Here's my current team. I'm far too lazy to figure out how to sign up for ranked, so I stick to free battle.
http://pastebin.com/Yssy6wNV I have no clue what I'm doing, but I'm winning at least 60% of my fights, so I guess it works.

What EVs should I train him in? Was thinking running all the Bite moves, with Assault Vest, so HP, Att, and the leftovers in Def?
