Sure, stats can be calculated with the EV berries, but how would you ever think to use 26 of these berries in every stat once you've finally trained your mon to level 100 so you can actually be 100% sure that you're calculating base stats?

Your precious IV judge only tells you which stats are 31, and nothing else (and even then, if the game wasn't hacked, you wouldn't even know that it was "31", just that it "can't be beat")
