Clefable vs. Clefairy@Eviolite

So, I have a Clefairy, with perfect IVs in everything but Attack. Here's what it looks like:

Clefaesop
252 HP, 128 Def, 128 Sp. Def
Cosmic Power
Stored Power
Wish
Moonblast

So, should I keep it as a Clefairy and give it an Eviolote? Or just evolve it into Clefable and give it Leftovers?
