-defog takes out stat boosts/drops
-an item that gives you two abilities at the same time (including dw)
-huge/pure power raise sp. attack as well (hello surf Azumarill.)
-mega blissey gets defense raised and gets abilityfur coat[\spoiler]. Wish becomes an egg move.

Stealth Rock is now changed to Type Hazard. It still does type damage but its type is now the primary type of the Pokemon using it. It's name changes based on this type, for clarification, so we have Rock Hazard, Ice Hazard, Normal Hazard, etc.

Oh yeah, and it's now a TM that can be learned by literally every Pokemon.

You forgot Tyranitar. The thought of what an Eviolite Tyranitar would do is... terrifying. For reference, Adamant 252 Terrakion's Close Combat has a 75% chance to OHKO 252/252+ Eviolite Tyranitar.
+6 Azumarill's Aqua Jet does 83.6% maximum, while Stone Edge 2HKOs with Sand damage.
