I mean, imagine that in X and Y, the credits rolled after you beat Lysandre and saved the world (which is frankly a MORE sensible place to roll them).
Suddenly the elite 4 becomes the "postgame" and everyone's opinion of XY changes? I mean it's the exact same amount of fucking content, who gives a quarter of a flying fuck if it comes before or after the credits. The game is over when you run out of fun things to do with it.
