Electivire was in a metagame where the whole thing worked against him. The full Physical moveset? Walled to hell by Donphan, Bronzong, Hippowdon etc as well as everything else that could take a hit then EQ him away. Can't get Motor Drive? He sits there being mediocre. MixVire was alright but merely alright.
