As for non-tutor related sets:
Linoone with Extremespeed can only be obtained through Pokémon Box, a Gamecube storage application for Gen III which only saw limited release in the US. It's the only move in combination with Belly Drum/Gluttony to make him even remotely viable, why isn't it in it's learnset yet?
Others are Chansey with Wish(event move from Gen III) and Kangaskhan with Seismic Toss(Gen III tutor move, incredibly broken with Parental Bond)
