UFC is literally the most skill intensive and strength-based sport ever conceived. You literally wouldn't last five seconds.

Boxing, on the other hand, you might be ok since there is little skill involved. Just dodge punches and punch back. That's literally it.

If I were to choose to have a different ability, I'd probably go for Water Absorb or Volt Absorb. Who wouldn't want to have better health when hit by water or lightning? That and you get immunity to all kinds of water and lightning
