Nah, the way I would do HMs is, any Pokemon that would be able to learn cut, can cut down trees without having to learn the move, any Pokemon that can learn surf can surf across water without having to learn the move, and so forth

Also, if they did do a Nuzlocke mode, would they have to pay the guy who wrote to original Nuzlocke comics?
