get lucky
the first ferroseed i caught came with sassy and a 0 speed IV
the ditto i caught just before that had a 0 speed IV as well (i was farming ferroseeds for sassy nature inheritance, the 0 speed IV was just the cherry on top)

Roll the dice with the daycare until you get something with 0IV, then have it hold the respective speed power item and replace one of your breeders with it.

Alternatively, suck this guy's dick (>>16536183) for one of his leftover 0IV Ferroseeds and use those for inheritance instead.
