I've been breeding Skarmory for about an hour now and can't quite seem to get the perfect spread I want and I'm getting a little tired of breeding for 5 perfect IVs. I tend to either get 31/31/31/xx/xx/31 or 31/31/31/xx/31/xx.

Each IV is 31 extra points ar Lvl. 100, so yeah, it can make a difference.

Not OP but I'm relatively new to breeding too so I'd like to ask if you should focus on breeding the IVs and then the Nature or first the Nature and then the IVs?

Breed it with a male in the same egg group/a ditto with the nature you want holding everstone. Then start breeding for IVs. Getting egg moves can came before/after/during the nature part, just do IVs last because those are the things you can't ensure will get passed down.
