Most of the other eeveelutions looked relatively cohesive in their designs save for Glaceon and Flareon, Sylveon is just "lets take espeon and slap bows on it and make it pink and blue".
You're putting words in my mouth and generalizing too. Just because I don't like Sylveon doesn't mean I hate ALL pokemon that don't look just like an animal.
Hell, I love Binacle and Barbaracle and they get shat on as the worst pokemon designs in history.
And at the end of the day it's all subjective.
