probably, haven't loaded the video but it's literally as simple as do a local trade, wait till "communicating...", wait ~3.5 seconds, turn off DS1, wait about 4 seconds, turn off ds2, ta da cloned the Pokemon DS1 initially had.

It doesn't matter if you figure it out, because once pokebank comes out if you try to use it it'll delete both instances of your cloned pokemon.
