Since they kept the Round Charm in it, that would make sense to put the Shiny Charm too. I guess we'll see once Pokébank is out.

The point is to complete X/Y by transferring missing mons from B2W2 to get the Charm, not transferring it directly from B2W2.

You can't.

Also, OP; You can get the Oval Charm for completing the Regional Dex, like in BW, so it's logical that the Shiny Charm will be once again available.

It exists in the game files according to the hex diggers in PP

You probably need Hoopa, Diancie and Volcanion to unlock it

Does this include previous gen event legendaries? I was excited to try and catch them all this Gen and get the shiny charm, but then remembered I was missing some event legends like Shaymin and Manaphy.
