I'm not shitting on it for fun. If anything, GF did when they gave a pokemon with stats geared towards offense and tried to make it into a supporter when it doesn't work at all. Scarf/Specs isn't too bad, but the offensive movepool is lacking and the hidden ability sucks.

Most trainers only have one thing to deal with it though. Juan and Wallace in Emerald have absolutely nothing aside from Toxic in Wallace's case.
Bulbapedia says otherwise but I recall Juan's Whiscash having Astonish, I could be imagining things though.

He is actually good though, has no weakness and is pretty bulky. Can be run physically, specially, mixed or as a support mon and gets plenty of moves. His stat distribution is great as well. Yeah its slow but that's the only bad thing about it

Sadly VERY LITTLE is better than ninjafrog. However if you like him use him. There isnt anything in the world stopping you. His Movepool now actually benefits his massive attack stat and he get Speed Boost which make shit like Mega-Kicken Ubers. So hes NOT bad.

Not a good comparison. For one thing Greninja's tying doesn't really matter as Protean ensures he's whatever type he needs to be so is never Water/Dark in combat. M-Gyarados is a better comparison as it has similar typing and is a physical attacker. Sharpedo is frail but can get very fast after only a turn or two, and has above average attack. Honestly M-Gyarados is a bit better but if you're running another Mega then Sharpedo is a good alternative. It's not crazy good but it's a solid Pokemon and has improved over the years.
