You might see Magnezone, but Aggron, if you see him, will be sporting the Aggronite, and Jewpass will never be a thing.

Everything else is basically slammed with Hyper Beam every damn turn by this guy.

Frisk doesn't make sense on half the things that get it, honestly. It's like the non-legendary equivalent of Pressure, they'll just slap that shit on anything.

Considering the firepower given it to it and the lack of recoil, the amount PP doesn't matter. If anything you could use a PP up if you worry about it so much. It's better to have another move for coverage as the appeal of an "Fire Extreme Speed" is the fact that you don't need Flare Blitz and also have room for another move.
