Leftovers if you decide against everything else.
Since you said you are not playing competitively you should probably go with Life Orb or Leftovers.
Since you want to drop a move drop Petal Dance. Sleep Powder is a must. Quiver Dance and Leaf storm both good. If you take Giga Drain replace Leaf Storm since it is redundant to have 2 damaging moves of the same type on a mono-attacker. Instead of Petal Dance take something that is effective against whatever kicks your ass (aka coverage). That's usually fire so most Lilligant players run Hidden Powder Rock but in-game you will have to breed a Lilligant specifically for this HP since HP's damage type is based on your IVs. Even if you don't want HP rock you're probably still best to go with some sort of Hidden Power for coverage since there aren't any good Special coverage moves besides Hidden Power that Lilligant can learn.
