Swirlix is cute, but the ears look too much like pimples, and the tail's inconsistent texture compared to the fluffy frosting-like fur it has over the rest of its body is disconcerting. Still quite cute, though. I especially like its tongue and lil fangs.
Slurpuff is a chubby frosted delight, tho and I can't find any problems with that one. Adorable.

I use Sub, Calm Mind, Cotton Guard, Draining Kiss.
It lacks coverage, but most things will die anyway after enough calm minds.
The idea is to come in on physical attackers who can't deal with all that cotton and stall for boosts once any poison or steel threats have been taken care of.
Uses Unburden with a berry. Set probably wouldn't be so good for doubles though.

I don't like Swirlix because for some reason, looking at him makes me very angry. He looks much nicer in fan art, but his official drawing and 3D model are pretty ugly. He reminds me of a cancerous nodule, and is literally diabetes inducing.

If you want to see the cutest Pokemon out there, and the truest expression of the Fairy type look no further than this little sprite.
