Pokemon Bank's using the same hack checks as BW2's Global Showdown 2013 tournament, so I doubt flawless Pokemon are going to transfer over to XY.

I haven't been following the progress with it all, but I'll be surprised if we don't have something like it within a year of release.
Although once we can transfer Pokemon over, it hardly matters anyway because breeding will be so easy. Only Ubers players will have much of a problem.

Honestly, I prefer VGC. But playing NU/RU/UU/OU mixed is pretty fun. I only use smogon for moveset suggestions and EV spreads

Porygon 2 never failed me on Gen 5 WiFi. One of the very few super bulky Pokemon I find that works better in 3v3 than 6v6.
