Resistance wise it only has ice, normal, flying and poison.
Compare to Abomasnow, which has just one 4x weakness and six 2x weaknesses, which is technically the same amount, but is actually less because having two 2x weaknesses is better than one 4x weakness, and has the same amount of resistances, but it also has the grass bonus of immunity to powders and leech seed.
It's a damn close call, but Abomasnow is better defensively than Aurorus.
As for Exeggutor, it also has six 2x weaknesses and one 4x weakness, but the 4x weakness is to bug, as opposed to a good type, and it has a full six resistances, so it's a fair bit better than the other two
