>>16580322Not really. The only way fairies prevent confusion is if the Outrage wouldn't end in the turn they are sent in. If you send in a fairy in the first turn you get a free switch. If you send it on the second turn you have a free switch and 50% chance of confusion.
The problem is Azumaril and Togekiss being the only good fairies in most cases. They do a nice job against most dragons' sets, though.
