Chatter has 100 percent confusion rate. It's the only move that does damage and has that confusion rate. Really fun to play with.

Are rating battles for x and y still down? I haven't played in a while and finally got some free time but now i cant play the damn game. connects to the gts and free battle fine so I'm assuming they somehow still havent fixed rating battle...

This fag would seriously not leave me the fuck alone so I just slapped the only ev'd mons I had with some items together and went nuts.

Also that was my first ever 6v6 fight Aside from the fact that it took 20 goddamn minutes that was kinda fun

I think it got buffed this gen but you can't say words into the mic anymore. Most likely cause people would say swear words or whatever. I think its Sp. Atk also got boosted so it's now slightly stronger than Exploud. I also forgot to mention that since Chatter's a sound based move it goes around subs.
