Should I be aiming for as low speed IV as possible or does it benefit him to have a little bit of speed?
I've already got a Banette with 5 IVs in HP/Atk/Sp.Atk/Sp.Def/Speed. Would it be better without the Speed IV and have a Def IV instead?
