I decided to give hydreigon a try and include it in my battle team. I've bred a 5IV hydeigon and after ev training it I wanted to give it a nice set of moves. I wanted to go for draco meteor and dark pulse of course, but there's no way it can learn those moves in X/Y because there is no move tutor. This is unfair. Are there any other pokémon that suffer from such injustice?
