See, what you want to do the moment Pokebank comes out is transfer derps like Feebas and Koffing or starters as soon as possible. Then quickly get on GTS and trade away the derps for the many shinies and legendaries on display at GTS that are asking for unobtainable derpmons. Hope you've been keeping tabs on those.

They'll probably be so happy to get the legendary, it wouldn't bother them.
Plus, with the stats a lot of legendaries get, it doesn't really matter if they're 31 stat points + 20% overall lower than their potential.

A legit Deoxys is the rarest. I traded for a ton of hacks back in 4th gen on the GTS of all places. I think Deoxys is more popularly cheated than the others.

Arguably, Celebi and Jirachi are the most rare. Prior to the one distro'd before BW came out, it was pretty impossible to get a Celebi unless you had the one from the 10th Anniversary event.

jirachi just gets shit on for some reason outside of japan which gets a new fucking jirachi every year.

Manaphy is kind of rare too because it only got a handful of distros in gen 4. the last one was way back in 2010.

they need to do a huge event distro over wifi or global link. every other week a new event legendary is put up, culminating in diancie being distro'd.
