For pretty much the entire game the only flying type I had that was qualified to do sky battles was fletchling/fletchinder/talonflame. Cue a sky battle with a trainer that had an emolga, wingull, and something else I think. Super effective hits everywhere on my only pokemon, plus paralysis from emolga and confusion from wingull (water pulse).
