Iron Tail is pretty sucky, the higher power isn't worth the terrible accuracy. I don't even know why it has a 75% chance to hit when it only has 100 power.

I think that's a crap explanation.

Hell, surf is BASICALLY a special-water quake (only 5BP less) and nothing is immune to water save a few mons due to their ability.
