>>16621249I don't know much about Mega Blastoise, but I'm pretty sure it's considered underpar, though it is a REALLY bulky water type, so that's nice. Pinsir is a better option overall I think, especially since its attacks give you a way to counter Steel types, which this team is also somewhat weak to (but more in the sense that they can't damage them that well).

One set I see people running on Clefable a lot is Charge Beam, which lets it use its tankiness to start buffing up its special attack to make it a real monster. I don't know how effective this is, as I overpowered the only one of these I fought, but to be fair it was fighting a triple calm mind boosted Gardevoir so special attacks were kind of a non-factor to it. Either way, having an electric type attack for some more coverage can't hurt, and Wish + Moonlight is kind of redundant. I can't say which one I'd cut though.
