harvest is the ability that gives you a chance to get another berry that you have used in battle. It's pretty bawss.

Protect or Sub is almost mandatory, perfering Sub, both is decent option.

WoW and Leach Seed together for stalling. Curse for wallbreaking and fucking up people who think they are safe behind sub, protect, magic bounce, baton passes.

Horn Leach works better with the WoWSeed set, Phantom Force works better with the curse set.

A set with Lum berry instead of sitrus and using rest is good too.\ I hear, shadowclaw is an option if other trevs give you trouble

I run curse/sub/wood hammer/phantom force, but it would probably be better to swap one of the attacks for protect. Wisp is also commonly used and it can abuse leech seed very easily.

Also you want impish or careful instead of adamant.

I would run it with a mon that has drought, either nine tails or mega zard Y, although if you're going to run the zard you'll definitely need a rapid spinner to prevent your sunlight from gettin' fucked.

Also, while it's a little less common I get some use out of rest+natural cure, especially since a lot of players will use a weak move as a finisher to try and conserve PP.
