>>16614179Currently, I've been running him with Toxic/recover/Earthquake/Infestation. I had swagger on him for a while instead of infestation, and it's probably the better move tbh, considering that quag has unaware. If you're running trick room though, curse might be a better option for you for a 4th slot, and maybe replace toxic with scald.
Honestly though, I'm really think stockpile is hella OP on him. Without boosts, most strong attacks can barely get a 2HKO on him, after one stockpile it'll be a 3HKO and it'll be way easier to stall them out. This is all theory tho.
Also, he combos really well with sap-sipper pokemon. I've been using sap-sipper goodra. If you see an obvious grass attack coming, like spore or leech seed, just switch into goodra for a free attack boost. Not the strongest sweeper, but it'll leave a dent in their team.
