No, Flare Blitz just makes it die faster.

Nothing can make a Flareon good other than a complete overhaul of its stats.

Not even fast enough. Most physical attacks can kill it nearly instantly, just normal effective.

You're literally going to get one hit off, and that most likely isn't going to kill.

They already reduced the power of a lot of moves. Every move with 100 or more base power has some sort of downside to it, except Judgement and Earthquake. Why wouldn't/shouldn't Earthquake be weaker? Calm your ass.
