It would actually be really cool to have a region that was a giant city-state.

Basically, I like the notion of regions that are multiple countries squished together, and islands and peninsulas seem to work best.

The games have a huge South Korean audience and this region could be canonically quite close to the K/J/H/S. But I guess there's just a hint of cultural tension between SK and Japan, so this game will never be made.
