okay pokefags, i have a question for you. i have an r4, with it i can play a rom file on an nds. because its a rom i can get any pokemon from the first 4 gens in shiny. i can then trade these cheated pokemon onto a legitimate pokemon game. my question is will these cheated pokemon be able to transfer to pokemon x and y through the pokebank app?
