I've been hatching munna and the munna i'm using for breeding doesn't have it's hidden ability. This last egg I hatched however had it's hidden ability, how is this possible?

It must have gotten the ability Telepathically.

Are you using an Imposter Ditto?

I had the same thing happen with Clefairy. Either Ditto can now pass hidden abilities, or they just normally sometimes pop up. Either way, I wonder if this only works on Pokemon with available hidden abilities in-game, and not all of them? Maybe Friend Safaris and hordes are not actually required to get hidden abilities? Pretty cool if true.

But I'm not OP and I've had the same thing happen. Bred Magic Guard Clefairy with Ditto and hatched a Friend Guard Cleffa.
