It won't get to OU but Raichu.

110 base speed is huge for it, and it switches into and can get to +3 pretty easily with Nasty Plot + Lightning Rod, especially with Volt Swithc . Fighting/Electric is not bad coverage and you have god damn Air Balloon to switch in on Earthquakes and Encore them to shit. It really has been a blessing.

I can't remember exactly what I did with it, but it was a major part of my team. I'm not going to give you IVs/EVs and natures and stuff, because it was a Nuzlocke so I didn't focus on any of that. I just remember good attacks stat, and nice hp and defenses. It's moves were: Play Nice, Bite, Powerup punch and Charm. Not exactly impressive I know, but damn if it didn't save my ass many times.

Also, she basically gets a 160 stat boost from digi-evolving. She loses 30 speed to compensate for a 130 increase in other stats, but that AWESOME in Crafty Chamber. It's a damn shame she doesn't learn nigga drain in VGC Gen 6.

If the going gets rough I baton pass to my sweepers or if I'm feeling mean I will baton pass all the iron defenses, speed boosts, and weaknesses policy to Blissey. Blissey has serene grace and ice beam. I've swept teams with her. Now you made Blissey a threat rather than a stall. She's a tank you can't easily break.
